Store Manager – New Premium Fashion Retail Store

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Commission (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new retail store opening this summer in Central London.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Store Manager experience within a premium or luxury retail environment
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service excellence
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering sales and KPI targets
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a successful store team
• Hands-on approach with excellent organisational and operational skills
