Your new company \nWe are working with a growing, entrepreneurial property investment group to hire a Management Accountant who will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team where you will gain broad exposure across the business and work directly with the company's Directors.\n\nWorking closely with senior stakeholders, you'll be providing meaningful financial insight to support decision-making and business growth. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone who enjoys operating in an SME environment.\n\nYour new role \nReporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:\n\nOversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank management\nManage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reporting\nMaintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reporting\nCoordinate with external accountants and statutory submissions\nMonitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements\nEnsure rental income collection and general operational administration\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nYou'll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience.

You will need to have experience within the property / real estate sector or similar. You must be immediately available or on short notice. \n\nWhat you'll get in return \nA competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000.
