Financial Planning Administrator\nLocation: Leeds\nSalary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nThe Opportunity\nA well-established and growing financial planning firm is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join its professional and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to further their career within wealth management and financial planning.\nWorking closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in supporting the client journey, ensuring efficient administration and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products\n* Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and obtaining information from providers\n* Preparing client review packs and supporting ongoing servicing requirements\n* Liaising with clients, providers, advisers and paraplanners to progress cases efficiently\n* Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems\n* Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring client records remain up to date\n* Supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including client verification and due diligence checks\n* Assisting with fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and other client servicing activities\n* Monitoring outstanding requirements and ensuring cases progress within agreed timescales\n* Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and company compliance procedures\nAbout You\n* Previous experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environment\n* Strong understanding of financial services administration processes\n* Experience completing KYC and AML checks\n* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail\n* Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach\n* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n* Experience using financial planning back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar would be advantageous\n* Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products is desirable\nWhat's on Offer?\n* Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum\n* Supportive and collaborative team environment\n* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities\n* Clear career progression within financial planning\n* Comprehensive benefits package\nIf you are an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a growing and reputable firm, we'd love to hear from you.\nContact and send your CV to: (url removed)\n\nSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
